OVERVIEW

This is an introduction to the HR CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE AWARDS (2019) as implemented by the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM). Human resources in Kenya play an important role the development of industry and the economy at large.
The HR CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE AWARDS seek to identify individuals and institutions that have made an invaluable contribution to the HR practice in the Country through time and now. These have immensely contributed to setting standards, defining norms and practices and putting HR at the right pedestal in their institutions

Each category for Award and Recognition has its own entry criteria. Interested presentations shall be made by individuals and institutions based on the set template criteria. There will be a gala night, towards end of the year, where the finalists and winners will be feted
